 Sun- 11A.M. to 5 P.M.              Mon- 11A.M. to 5 P.M.

Tues- 11A.M. to 6P.M.               Wed- 10A.M. to 6 P.M.

Thur- 10 A.M. to 6P.M.                  Fri- 10A.M. to 8 P.M.

Sat- 8 A.M. to 8 P.M.

Order Placing Directions

Thank you very much to all our Persnickety Cakes customers in joining us for a new year. As we proceed to provide all of you with the graces of a family owned and operated business, we ask that you read over the ordering procedures below to better serve everyone and to make the ordering process smoother for everyone. These directions are set in place in order to allow us to understand what it is you are looking for from us and also to make sure that your order is given the attention it is meant to receive. Thanks again for your patronage and most importantly of all, your warm smiles. Let's make this a great year for everyone!

Basic Cake Orders:

• Basic cake orders must be placed three (3) days ahead of requested pick up date.
  • Any orders placed later than three (3) days will be denied.
  • Any last minute/ emergency changes made under your finalized order, whether quantity or visual, beyond the three (3) day time limit will be penalized.

Basic Cupcake Orders:

• Basic cupcake orders must be placed one (1) day ahead of required pickup date (Basic cupcake designs follow as images and descriptions shown on our Cupcake Profiles page).

Specialty Cake Orders:

• Specialty cake orders must be placed, at the latest, two (2) weeks before required pickup date.
• Specialty cake design and contract agreement must be completed at least two (2) weeks before requested pickup date.
  • Specialty cake orders are not finalized or on our schedules until cake design and contract agreement are completed within the time limit, no exceptions.
  • Any last minute/ emergency changes made under the finalized order, whether quantity or visual beyond the two (2) week time limit will be penalized.
  • All decorations provided by the client must be delivered to Persnickety Cakes within one (1) week of required pickup date.

Specialty Cupcake Orders:

• Specialty cupcake orders must be placed three (3) days before required pickup date.
  • Any orders later than three (3) days will be denied
  • Any last minute/ emergency changes made under a finalized order, whether quantity or visual beyond the three (3) day time limit will be penalized.
